The Deets:
-First two rows are the warm shadows with Charles’s most used colors and were highly requested.
- Middle row are the transitional shadows as Charles call it, which helps blend out all your shadows better - adding depth to any Smokey eye and making it and extra rich. One of the shades called “Face” can be used as a highlighter for the face.
-Last row are the bright colors. Charles made sure to keep true to the 35B Palette by delivering the neons. One of the purple shadows (Artistry) contains glitter is the only shadow in the entire palette that does, making this to be considered the most special shade in this entire palette for Charles.
