Delivery Information

-UK Orders

  • All orders before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. All orders purchased on weekends are usually dispatched on the next working day. We also offer express services - Next working day delivery service.
  • All orders with free postage should arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days.

-International Orders
  • All items purchased from worldwide customers are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail service. Most purchases should arrive with 7 to 14 working days after dispatch. 
  • We also offer International Tracked & Signed For service which is a expedited service. Most Purchases usually take 5-12 working days after dispatch.
  • Therefore, if for any reason you do not receive your order please contact our sales team via eBay messaging system and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.
Return Policy:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition. Before opening a case please contact us immediately via eBay messaging system. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.
  • In the case that you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).  If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund.  
  • If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 7 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact.
