 This is three views of the one pair of earrings you are buying.  These earrings come on the card shown in the picture.  I have also placed a pair of loose earrings so you can see them out of the plastic bag.  I have also shown the same earrings on a grey earring backing card.  These are the exact same earrings as those on the earring backing card that retail for $17.  The earrings you are buying come on the large beige card as shown in the picture, thus the much lower price.  Same high quality non-allergic surgical stainless steel earrings, but at a lower price since they are in a plastic bag on the advertising card.  You are buying ONE pair of earrings, NOT all three pairs.
