This is a brand new 3.8volt 5000mah replacement battery that fits in a Nvidia Shield K1 tablet or any tablet that needs a 5 7/8”x 2 1/2” x 3 mm battery. I don’t believe the battery actually has 5000mah, I thinks it’s closer to 4500mah.

NO ONE MAKES AN EXACT NVIDIA TABLET REPLACEMENT BATTERY! THAT BEING SAID IT DOES WORK AND FIT IN THE SPACE

I put one of these in my Nvidia Tablet myself and it definitely fits and works. You have to remove the tape, circuit board and 2 wires from the top of this battery and expose the terminals. You also have to disconnect the 4 wires on the dead Nvidia battery from the main tablet circuit board and carefully remove the tiny circuit board from the top of the Nvidia battery, and then solder the tiny circuit board onto the exposed terminals on the new battery and then solder the 4 wires back to the tablet and you’re ready to go. Be careful with that tiny circuit board, the end of it farthest from where the wires connect is about as thick as tin foil and easy to rip in half.

The last two pictures show the original battery, with black tape around it’s edges and the replacement battery that has black tape on the top. One picture shows them side by side and the last picture shows the replacement on top of the original battery. These pictures are just to show you the size difference and that the replacement will easily fit In the space.

Please don’t ask me to fix your tablet for you. I do not want to be responsible for tearing the thin part of your old battery’s little circuit board while trying to get the very sticky and tough tape off of it. It is not impossible to get the tape off, but I highly recommend that you take your time with it and do not start yanking it.

Thanks for looking and have a great day and good luck!
