INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS:

Make sure you have measured your glass and the oval will fit (This listing is for 21 and 1/2 inches x 28 and 1/8 inches size. A 15 inches x 19 inches is also available but listed separately). Please do not remove the oval from the backing paper unless you are sure you have purchased the correct size. Ovals removed from the backing paper cannot be refunded.

Clean Glass. It is very important that the glass be completely clean.

TIP: Use a scraper to remove any paint splatters or hard materials that may be stuck to the door or window, and clean thoroughly with any household glass cleaner.

After cleaning glass, but before starting to apply, WASH YOUR HANDS. This prevents dirt and oils on your hands from getting between the decal and the glass as you apply it.

Use a spray bottle filled with water and 1 to 2 drops of liquid soap (do not shake bottle), set spray bottle to a mist setting. Thoroughly WET GLASS, wetter is better.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT NO WATER GETS ON BACKING PAPER! If you get the backing paper wet the decal will not remove from the backing paper and cannot be refunded. ***Make sure the decal is not laying where the mist from the spray bottle will splash on it.

TIP: Completely wetting the glass makes it easier to position the film and squeegee out air bubbles.

Remove decal completely from backing paper and position on glass. The side of the decal touching the backing paper (smooth side) is the side to be applied to the glass surface.

TIP: Use the side of your hand to smooth out any large bubbles. The film will then “float” on the glass for you to move into its final position. This is the time to make sure that your decal is straight and level.

TIP: If the decal is misaligned or crooked just peel it off, re-spray and reapply.

Once in place, use your soap and water spray bottle to wet the front of the decal, then squeegee out the air bubbles with a rubber edged squeegee or the smooth side of a credit card making sure to check the alignment as you go.

***IF USING A CREDIT CARD MAKE SURE THAT THE SIDES OF THE CARD ARE SMOOTH, OTHERWISE IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR DECAL.

TIP: Work from the center of the decal to the edges.

TIP: If an edge of the material will not lie flat, use a hair dryer on a low heat setting to warm the film until it becomes pliable. Remove heat and hold film in place for 60-90 seconds or until material cools to room temperature.

***IF YOUR DECAL FALLS OFF THE GLASS, THE WRONG SIDE IS PROBABLY AGAINST THE GLASS. PULL THE DECAL OFF THE GLASS AND FLIP OVER AND REINSTALL.

SHOWER ENCLOSURES: Install on the outside or inside of glass shower doors. Steam and moisture will not affect the decal.

THERMAL PANE WINDOWS: Fine for use on thermal pane windows. Follow standard instructions.

CLEANING: Clean with soap and water.

STORAGE: When not in use, the decal can be placed onto the original backing paper for storage. Film adheres to the glossy side of the paper. TIP: The shiny (smooth) side of the decal lies on the shiny side of the backing paper.

We will refund the price of the item less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

We must receive the items back before a refund will be given. Requests for refunds without returning the item will be denied.

Refused shipments will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
