Card is in good condition. It is never been mailed. Back is blank. Paper looks good. I don't see anything damaged. Paper has yellow cast from age. But it looks very nice over all. I don't see any fungus or mold spots. Card was held in a dry environment. It is more then 100 years old after all. I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
