Option #1 - ZERO COST DEPOSIT

The customer will be temporarily charged for the full Core Deposit. You will have 60 days to return old Cores from the original ship date for a full refund. Cores received after 60 days may be eligible for a partial refund. 

Option #2 - PAY CORE CHARGE

The customer agrees to pay the full Core charge. The customer does not have to return old Cores. You may choose to return old Cores for a partial refund.

Parts for parts replacements, no labor coverage, shipping costs for warranty return are at customer’s expense (no refunds on warranty returns, parts for parts exchange only).

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dieselogic warrants our Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of *1 year. (*Performance Remanufactured Products are warranted for 6 months.) The warranty period commences the day the product is shipped to the original Customer and is only valid for the original Customer. This warranty is non-transferable.

Dieselogic Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER and therefore EXCLUDES:

  • Labor costs to install or uninstall Products
  • Labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses, including third party testing
  • Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation
  • Failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts
  • Failures caused by power enhancing devices or modifications
  • Any down time, towing, travel, lodging, or any other contingent expenses

This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dieselogic does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the Products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be allowed.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by Dieselogic. To be eligible for warranty consideration, please call us at 888.598.3439. You must include a dated proof of purchase receipt, describe your problem, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). We will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us to be tested for warranty consideration. You must follow those instructions. Dieselogic does not accept Products sent to us without an RMA. We do not cover return shipping. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us, and be aware that your shipment company is responsible for damages caused by shipping the Product to us.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES NOT exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES exhibit material or workmanship defect, Dieselogic will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement Product to the original Customer. You may elect to pay for faster shipping at your expense.

For Warranty Claims and testing consideration, once an RMA number has been issued, you will add your RMA number to the address below and send the Product to:

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return any item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 888.598.3439 and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund.

Some circumstances in which credit will not be issued, but not limited to:

  • Product is a “Special Order” item
  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

CORE POLICY

All cores must be in acceptable cosmetic condition, per Criteria outlined below, with original body and no external damage. Dieselogic is not responsible for any damage caused during transit of Core Return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar associated costs and charges.

Core Acceptability Criteria are:

  • cores must be 'like for like' (same as what was purchased)
  • cores must be in original condition, and damage free
  • cores must contain all internal components
  • cores must be returned within 28 days of product ship-out date

The following will result in denial or partial credit of Core Charge:

  • cores are not 'like for like' (not the same injector as what was purchased)
  • cores are damaged (Buyer is responsible for transit damage)
  • broken/missing solenoid dividers
  • broken/missing electrical connecting studs
  • missing/damaged nozzles
  • missing external components
  • missing internal components
  • core tampering or suspected disassembly/assembly
  • cores are returned past 28-days of product ship-out date

How would you like to handle your Core Return?

Please choose from one of the TWO options outlined below.

Option #1 – CREDIT CARD ON FILE

The customer agrees to return acceptable Core within 28 days. If customer cores are not returned within 28 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full Core Charge (see table below) and the customer be allowed an additional 28 days to return the cores for a full refund of that core charge. Cores returned after 60 days from the original order ship date will be issued 75% refund. Cores returned 90 days or after, after the original order ship date will be issued a 50% refund. Late return refund amounts may vary based on wholesale market value. Customers using a debit card may see a pending transaction on your bank account until the cores are returned. IF CORES ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE BALANCE OF THE FULL CORE CHARGE.

Option #2 – PAY CORE CHARGE

You agree to pay the full Core Charge up front. Cores that meet Core Policy and are returned within 60 days of product ship date, are eligible to receive a 100% Core Charge refund. Cores returned after 60 days will be issued 75% refund. Cores returned 90 days or after, from the original order date will be issued a 50% refund. Late return refund amounts vary based on wholesale market value.
