Due to the intimate nature of lingerie series; we can only take returns on never-used, un-worn item/s, because some items are not reusable after they have been worn, hope buyers understand. Returns are not accepted for g-string, c-string, bodystockings due to health and hygiene regulations.
If the item arrives damaged or defective or if it is not as described (we are using original pictures for most items. If you have any questions about the items, you are welcome to contact us via ebay message. You can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement . Unwanted item/s, or buyer has changed minds, or buyer bought items by mistake, or the item fits not as well as buyers expected, or wrong address was given. In brief, the reason of return caused by buyers’ end, then the buyers have to cover the shipping for sending and return.
