Please understand that there may be asymmetries on facial features since they are handpainted. If you're very particular about bilateral symmetries/perfection on facial features, this doll/figure may not be suitable for you.
* Please note that the doll/figure might have minor imperfections/scratches/stains that may had been caused either by manufacturer or seller while handling the doll/figure. Any obvious/major imperfections may be noted on the auction page.
* Once the package is shipped, the item is no longer in the hands of the seller. Please contact USPS directly in case you have any concerns about the package's whereabouts. The tracking information will be provided after the package is shipped. Thank you.

* Payment is due within two(2) days of auction ending. After 2 days of trying to contact (by eBay messaging) the auction winner with no response, the seller reserves the right to relist the item.

The package will be insured up to $50 value for domestic (within the continental U.S.) USPS Priority Mail shipping and the tracking numbers will be provided for USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping methods. If you would like to add extra coverage for the insurance of your package, it will require extra charge and the buyer needs to contact the seller before making the payment. The USPS tracking system may not be updated promptly, so please check with your local post office in case you have any question regarding the delivery of your package. For international shipping, the USPS Priority  Mail EXPRESS includes an insurance coverage up to $100, but all other shipping methods (USPS Priority Mail International, First-Class International Mail/Parcel, etc.) do not provide insurance coverage and do not have tracking information. If you choose an international shipping option other than USPS Priority  Mail EXPRESS, you are doing so at your own risk as the package is not insured and may not have a tracking number based on your location. Please note that you accept the full responsibility, should the package is lost or does not reach its destination. No refunds will be given, and the item(s) will not be replaced in such case.
