AXTON ATC100 10 cm 2-Way Compo ATC 100
AXTON loudspeakers are the classic entry point into real high-fidelity sound. With the introduction of the brand new ATC series, AXTON has once again raised the bar for inexpensive high-performance coaxials.
The woofers / midrange speakers use a specially shaped basket that provides the necessary stability and contributes to good voice coil ventilation through the rear openings. In addition, there is the proven AXTON PP membrane with its excellent damping and a massive magnet, which increases the efficiency and guarantees absolute control over the membrane movement even at lower bass frequencies. The progressive suspension with Nomex-Spider and robust rubber surround is a light and durable frame that ensures high linearity and accuracy.
With the newly developed AXTON 25 mm fabric tweeter, extensive listening sessions are a pleasure even at high listening volumes. Low-resonance and accurate reproduction, the tweeter also scores with small installation dimensions. The special diffuser ensures targeted radiation and increases the stage image significantly. For installation far away from the original installation position, AXTON has designed an elegant surface-mounted housing that, with its two mounting angles, allows different beam angles.
The new ATC series can easily replace the factory-installed components: There is no need to install a common crossover, so the woofer can be exchanged 1: 1. The enclosed compact tweeter crossover can be conveniently placed behind the cladding.
