Shipping Details

Item(s) will be dispatched within 48 Hours after payment is received during weekdays.
Item(s) usually arrive the next day if your postal address is within the UK mainland.
For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other UK Islands it will take 1-3 days longer.
For European countries, Australia and USA, it will take about 7 days to arrive.

How to choose the right charger if you have your old charger information

  1. Make sure that your battery is chargeable.

  2. Find the Output Voltage (V) and Output Ampere (A) of your old charger on your charger label sticker or your manual. If you can’t find it, please contact us.

  3. Refer to the table below and select the charger with the correct output voltage and ampere for you.

Returns

We make sure our customers always come first. If anything you purchased is incorrect or not up to your expectations, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 14 day period without prior notification.
Items for return will only be accepted provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The item is returned within 14 days

Some items from Powatechnic will be delivered requiring a signature upon receipt. Please check all items for damage before signing for the product as the courier will accept no liability for damage once signed for.
If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability.
Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
