Shipping Policy

         Unless noted otherwise, all standard packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Additional Ground and Express shipping options are available upon request (via FedEx and UPS).

         The shipping costs are noted on the item page, however please contact us prior to placing your order, if you have any questions.

         If possible, we combined shipping for multiple orders going to the same customer.

         Please make sure the Ship To address you input during checkout is correct. 
We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

         All orders are usually processed within 48 hours of payment, you will receive 
tracking information via email when your order is processed.

         Free ground shipping quoted is for within the United Sates and via USPS service only, please inquire for all other locations before bidding or buying as we do not ship to all international locations.

         Express and overnight shipping is available

         We take all precautions to ensure goods are checked and packaged safely before shipment, however we do not assume responsibility for delayed, undelivered or damaged packages and goods for international orders.

         International shipping is available, however we request customers to please contact so that we can determine the correct shipping rate based on order quantity and total weight.

         International Orders can be delayed due to customs inspections and for various other reasons.
Please allow additional 7 business days for delivery beyond expected delivery date.

         We use standard USPS Mail for international orders, however additional carriers can be used upon request. Also, because International tracking is not available with USPS Mail services (other than Express), we do not assume responsibility for undelivered or damaged packages and goods for International orders, sent via standard USPS mail service.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Item Policy

         We are committed to helping our customers promptly and fairly. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us first so that we may help resolve any issues.

         All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment; responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier and the delivery service should be notified immediately of any visible damage to the merchandise upon receipt.

         All claims should be first be reported to the carrier and then to us within 5 working days. We will supply any information necessary for the completion of your claim.

         Please hold all packing and original boxes until inspection can be made, or claim is approved.

         If the customer receives a different product than ordered, they should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

         Merchandise must be returned in its original new condition and packing.

         Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all reason other than defect or wrong item sent.

         Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount, for all returns, other than defect or wrong item sent.

         We accept payments by PayPal and/or Credit Card made through your eBay account.
