Your system will be modded for RGB video using my mod board consisting of the THS7374 video amplifier chip, along with all appropriate values to channel each signal for optimal performance. The mod board is wired for 75Ohm Composite Sync. You can also use luma on sync (since S-video has been restored to the console), as well as composite video sync.
The C11 original SMD capacitor will be removed and a 0.47uF SMD capacitor will be added to help with the ghosting issue that these systems are known for.
An LED mod will be added using a purple LED (or a color of your choosing, Please let me know ahead of time).
The console's cart slot will be been modded (tabs cut off) to play all NTSC - Japanese cartridges. Please note that PAL cartridges will not work.
The cartridge connector will be cleaned.
Before re-assembling the unit the entire console shell and all pieces will be completely cleaned & disinfected.
The SNES (SNES2) is the improved version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It's redesigned smaller has a cartridge port on top. Unfortunately, these models did not have the RGB or s-video as the older SNES. But with this service, you can now add RGB and s-video out along with c-sync for RGB. Say goodbye to bad quality composite video output with this installation service.
The console must be 100% functional before choosing this upgrade. If the console is not working I also provide repair service for them as well but you must contact me first. Sometimes if the unit has a blue or gray screen it could be a faulty ram chip. If no power, it could be the power fuse, 7805 power regulator or main caps. You would need to contact me first to arrange a repair on it.
1 - After your Purchase (Buy it now). you will receive the shipping address .
2 - Please pack it securely and provide a tracking # in eBay messages .
3 - Console will be upgraded with RGB with c-sync, S-Video and purple power LED. (If you would like a different power led please let me know.)
4 - Upgrade will only take 2-3 business days (but usually gets done the same day and shipped the day after. Please note that handling time has been set to 30 business days as eBay policy states that I have to ship within that time. When you ship the system to me, this may take up to 9 days, and I have to mod it and turn around and mail it out, therefore, it would not be mailed out within the time allowed. If I get the system quickly, then I can turn around and mail it out as soon as it is done.)
5 - Console will ship back via the option that you choose at check out(priority mail or standard mail)
6 - Will provide 30 days warranty on the services.
