Shipping

  • We combine shipping

  • Within Canada and the U.S: Canadapost Lettermail or Small Packets USA air are our default - transit time can be up to 15 business days (Monday thru Friday) depending on your location. Transit time and Customs clearing are beyond our control.

  • International shipping options may vary depending on your location and might take up to 4 weeks depending on the shipping service you select and it's availability, again, transit time and Customs Clearing are beyond our control.

  • For faster and traceable services please pick Expedited, Express or Priority.

  • Regular letterpost and most Economy services DO NOT include a tracking number

  • We ship within 48 hours (Monday thru Friday), this means that we take your parcel to the postal office, beyond that point is up to the carrier (Canadapost, FedEx or UPS) Please consider these facts when leaving feedback and rating us since we are not the operators. 

  • Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
