This lovely textile is an antique French skirt. I've never seen another quite like this! The fabric is rather like a seersucker? I'm just not really sure what to call this! There is a lovely lining on this skirt. It has a wonderful weight and fall. The bottom of the inner lining of this skirt has a lovely cut scallop ~. The snaps at the back are like none I've seen ~ a very very fascinating textile!! The color is black ~*~ ~ ~ ( skirt 823)
MEASUREMENTS : This skirt measures approx. 26 inches at the waist by 40 inches long ~
CONDITION : This textile is freshly laundered. Beautiful condition with light signs of time and use ~ !!~
