Presenting an exquisite vintage Murano art glass bowl.
This beautiful Murano bowl features a stunning design. The striking basket weave pattern to the outside of the glass travels the entire body of the bowl up until the beautifully worked crimped rim. The high level of skilled craftsmanship is extraordinary.
The waved rim top features a stunning array of sparkling aventurine which just truly enhances the design. Below each wave a single clear glass and aventurine prunt run the perimeter adding elegance. Its footed base carries the clear glass and aventurine design with the glass crimping adding texture and detail. Above the base to the lower body a single waved band also appears.
The body is a superb deep rich ruby red which absolutely highlights the clear glass and aventurine.
When the light hits this piece it creates wonderful optics and sparkles superbly.
A superb piece to add to any Quality glass collection!!!
