NEW IN A BOX = brand new , never tried on , no marks of usage, perfect condition
NEW OPEN BOX = either the box got destroyed or the store was selling with no box, the shoes was on display, some of the shoes have been tried on as some were on display , ask before you buy so you will know for sure if the shoes was tried on, but still brand new
NEW WITH DEFECT: the shoes are new but have some kind of defect i will make sure i have a picture showing the defect
USED = some shoes was used once, the shoes is like new, others were used a lot ask questions about the shoes you want to buy
PICTURES OF PRODUCTS = I have made a small studio in the house and now the pictures are like stock photos if you need a different pictures please ask

RETURN POLICY
Eligible items may be returned for 100% refund minus shipping . Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
