Orders are sent with Royal Mail's tracked service and will be shipped same day if placed before 12 noon on a weekday.
Within the first 30 days of purchase, you can return a product to us for any reason, even if you've just changed your mind.
Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and our customer service team will help out. We will provide you with a free postage label and process your refund once the product has been returned.
In the unlikely event of a issue, the product can be repaired or replaced within 12 months of the date of delivery. The warranty covers all product faults, but does not include accidental damage, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
