Original box set is in perfect as new condition complete with Limited Edition Certificate, # 01155 of 4,000. French L'Alsacienne Biscuits Delivery Truck is made of heavy die-cast metal and weights 1 pound and 4 ounces by itself. L'Alsacienne Biscuits Delivery Truck dimensions are approximately 7 3/4" Long x 2" Wide x 2 7/8" High. Two rearview plastic mirrors are in a clear plastic envelope, Open carefully. Corgi L'Alsacienne Biscuits Delivery Truck and in its original box are in C-10, Mint Condition--Brand New All Original, Unused, and Unblemished. Box was opened only to inspect contents and take pictures, otherwise contents remains untouched as day when Corgi issued it. This model was released in 1997, is long since deleted from Corgi catalogue, and now scarce in this new condition. Retail box measures 12 1/2" Long x 4 1/2" Wide x 3" High. This model is made for adult collector, Ages 14+.
Berliet is a French manufacturer of automobiles, buses, trucks and military vehicles, among other vehicles, and is located in Vénissieux, outside of Lyon, France. Founded in 1899, and apart from a five-year period from 1944 to 1949 when it had been put into 'administration sequestre' it had been in private ownership until 1967 when it then became part of Citroën, and subsequently acquired through Renault in 1974 along with merged with Saviem in to a new Renault Trucks firm in 1978.
