Listing is for Vintage 1980 Solido Toner Gam I Mercedes Unimog Fire Engine, # 2127, 1:50, Die-cast, New and Boxed. Fire Engine is 4 3/4" long x 1 7/8" wide x 2" high. Mercedes Unimog Fire Engine comes with 2 axles and 4 wheels, plus a spare tire attached to top. Fire Engine has 8 cool details such as 1 rolled up fire hose, a blue signal light on cab, extended front bumper, large exhaust pipe, steering wheel, bucket and bench seats, and silver Mercedes symbol on grill. While Fire Engine is in C-10, Mint Condition, its original box is in C-7, Excellent Condition since it is 40 years old and shows some aging such as clear cellophane has one 4 1/2" split and its corners have some scuffing. Solido vehicle was made in France. Please note that this is 1 of my 22 different Solido firefighting truck listings found on EBay. While an EBay buyer could only find another such collection with an EBay seller in France, nonetheless, U.S. EBay buyers would be paying double to triple shipping costs for international mail service. Instead, buying same Solido firefighting trucks and vehicles from me who is U.S. based would save buyer 1/2 to 2/3s since U.S.P.S. postage mailing fees would apply! Also, please note that typically, Solido tanks and armored fighting vehicles as well as firefighting trucks are made in a 1:50 scale while the support vehicles, which include the jeeps and staff cars, are produced in a slightly larger 1:43 scale. Additionally, Solido military models are built so well that over 45 years later they are as good as they were when they were built and first sold. Truly this is quite remarkable!
