Returns:

 

Buy with confidence!  Returns are accepted with notification within 7 days of receipt.  Refund will be for item price (this does not include original shipping.) Buyer pays for return shipping. Please contact me first if you would like to return an item so we can arrange for the refund and anticipate the return. Item must be in the same condition as received and shipped with tracking within 14 days of receipt. Goods being returned from outside of Canada should be labelled as a "return". We will not be responsible for any duty or handling charge from a third party. When parcels which are sent overseas and remain unclaimed, we have to pay a charge to have the parcel sent back to us. In this case the charge will be deducted from any refund. Item must be returned to us first before any refund is issued.
