How fast do you ship? I almost always drop your purchase off at either UPS or USPS within 24 hours of payment. This DOES NOT mean same day shipping. Sometimes I am able to put a package in the mail the same day but not in all cases. For the most part I use UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Everything I list is already in boxes and ready to go.
How do you calculate shipping prices? I use both flat rate and the eBay calculator for heavier items. Which I use is determined by experience shipping a particular item and dimensions of the box it is currently in. If you think the eBay calculator is high, contact me for an exact quote.
Do you accept returns? Yes, in most cases I accept returns on most items, please see my return policy for the specific item. I will refund the original purchase price only, shipping will not be refunded. If FREE SHIPPING is offered please see the item listing information to establish the return policy (restocking fees, and other fees that might be associated).
How long do I have to return and item? I will accept a return up to 14 days after delivery. For local pick up items typically there are no returns.
What can I return? I will accept a return for a refund of the original purchase price only if the item is in the same condition as when shipped. (example, if you purchase a cam shaft damage a lobe installing it I will not refund the purchase price).
What can I do if something is wrong? If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me first. We can work it out. Often it is as simple as returning the item for a refund. You can return an item through your purchase detail page and you do not need to open a case. I strive to make the buying process a good experience.
