This is an aftermarket ir extender which will allow you to extend the infrared receiver of your motorola, cisco, arris, pace, or other cable box through the "IR REMOTE INPUT" or "EXT IR IN" jack.
Works with Verizon Fios HD QIP 7100 and QIP 7216 converter Boxes
6 Foot cable to 1/8" Stereo Plug + 50 Foot extension cable for a total of 56 feet of cable. Please see our other auctions for shorter/longer cables
NOTE: This product is for cable boxes with a connection marked "IR REMOTE INPUT" or "EXT IR IN" only. Jacks simply marked "IR" are typically ir blaster outputs designed to control an external piece of equipment such as a vcr.
