• Item description-We try our best to describe the item.  Let us know if you feel the description does not match the item.  We will refund your money, including all shipping and handling.
• Seller communication-Please understand that we will send you emails to thank you for your purchase, invoice you, and shipping information.  Unless there is a problem or you have questions, there won’t be any further communications.
• Shipping time-We ship the next business day after your payment is received.  If you pay on Friday, it will not ship until Monday.  We hope you understand.
• Shipping and handling charges-We charge actual shipping (as close as Ebay can estimate) plus $5.00 for international handling.  This is to take care of time, materials and customs forms.  If the shipping is considerably less than estimated, we refund the difference.  Some on here appear to make money off of shipping.  We are not one of those.  If you purchase from us, we feel you agree that the handling charge is reasonable and thus this category should be five stars.  We hope you understand.
