 The Dress is a pull-over for easy on and off, elastic neckline and in sleeves, it has an all-over print, it has a solid red accent bow detail on the front. 

The pants are solid red with double ruffles along the bottom , one is solid red and the other is all-over print, they are pull-on with an elastic waistband. 

This outfit also comes with a matching red headband with accent flowers.( Many Vary Slightly from picture)
