COVID SHIPPING NOTICE:

• I have had reports that items shipped with USPS are taking UP TO a month or more for it to get delivered.  Please understand this is NOT something I can control.  This was their response on a recent case opened to find a package with the US Postal Service after a customer hadn't received their package after 1 month.  The package was finally delivered 6 weeks after I shipped it.

"Currently, there is an overwhelming number of mail pieces in the USPS national network. Mail volumes are at an all-time high, breaking prior records by a wide margin. Coupled with reduced staffing as a result of people not responding to our seasonal offers of employment in the same numbers as past years, and reduced nationwide employee availability as a result of the virus, this combination of much more mail with less staff has created slower transit times for all mail in the national network."

I cannot guarantee it but using Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEX "Might" get it to you quicker if you need it in a timely manner.
Because this is beyond my control, I can't refund for a missing package until after I open a case with the USPS and they determine it is lost which by what they have told me could be up to a couple months after the package was shipped.

Combined Shipping:

• Combined shipping does not work when purchasing from multiple listings.  As an example, on the Kitchen Hand Towels I have multiple listings for my towels because I have separated them into Holidays, Seasonal and Everyday towels.  Unless you want to pay more for the shipping, please make sure to "Request total from seller" in your shopping cart (eBay does not have this option on mobile devices so must be done from a computer browser) and then wait for the invoice I will send you and pay off of that instead.  If you pay first and then request a discount, it won’t be available for me to discount any more and you will be paying too much for shipping which I can’t refund after you have paid and I have shipped it.
• I sell other things besides towels and will combine shipping charges when possible to give you the best possible shipping price.
• Please remember, you MUST "Request total from seller" in your shopping cart before paying, wait for my invoice to be sent to you, then pay off the invoice,  or you will not receive the combined shipping price.

Shipping:

• We do our best to ship all items within one business day. We do not guarantee we will ship on a weekend.
  
• Most items ship via USPS and some have option of shippng USPS, UPS or FedEX.
  
• If you have multiple purchases from listing and don't request an invoice, unless you message me and say you need them to be shipped separately when being shipped to the same address, I may combine the shipment into one package without a refund of shipping charges if you don't ask for an invoice by using the "Request total from seller" option BEFORE paying.
• The shipping method on Free Shipping items is at our choice unless otherwise specified.
  
• We reserve the right to change a shipping method on Free Shipping items when necessary. This usually means an economy item might ship First Class or Priority Mail and an First class item might ship Priority mail. Or a carrier like UPS/FedEX might do the shipping. Our change normally only makes it better and faster for you.
  
• If faster shipping is required and there is no option for other shipping methods, please feel free to contact us for a shipping price quote.
  
• A tracking number is always included on a shipment.
  
• Some items may have a signature required for delivery put on them. This is normally only on higher priced items or items requiring an adult signature. This charge is normally paid by us and/or figured into the selling price.
  
• We do NOT guarantee any shipment going to other countries unless it is shipped UPS or FedEX with tracking number and signature required.

Returns:

• Our original shipping costs will NOT be refunded on any item including free shipping items and the cost will be deducteed from returns, no exceptions.
  
• Unless specifically stated, all items are used.
  
• Unless specifically stated, all items (including NEW) carry a minimum 14 day DOA warranty starting from the day it was delivered. You must contact us before the 14 day’s are up to receive your refund.
  
• We reserve the right to test all returned items before we refund your purchase price. If item is in working condition and not DOA a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  
• Buyers are responsible for the return postage of any item returned.
