IN ORDER TO SPEED UP RETURNS PLEASE READ BELOW

Because of eBays automatic returns system. All sellers with a high return rate due to being in the repair industry get screwed with 5% more in fees and also have to take the fall every time a scammer tries to return a different item than what they were sent. The only thing that will help us sellers is a low "Doesn't Work or Defective" return rate, which is basically impossible in this industry due to misdiagnosing and so many other variables with repairs.

In the case of ANY return no matter what the reason, we need ALL buyers to open ALL returns as "Changed Mind" and then just list the issue in the comments. We offer free returns so you will still get a return label on us and if this is done it won't affect our return metrics, which will help sellers and buyers out greatly !! If this is not done then it will drag the return out.

ALSO...For any item being sold AS IS for parts or repair, we do not accept returns. They are being sold for parts and all buyers need to understand if you're purchasing an item for parts that is an AS IS sale. Although we have the listings set to free returns, if a return is opened we will pay the return shipping. But there will be a 50% return fee for all of those items.

And last, when returning any item that?s been bagged and labeled. We ask to make sure you return it with that same bag and label so we don't have to relabel it when we get it back. If this is not done we will charge a fee.
