RETURN POLICY:
- The product you purchased is new and unused.
- We make every reasonable effort to securely package for shipping. If there is a problem with the condition of the product or packaging please see your local post office for reimbursement. We are not responsible for rough handling by USPS or other carriers. Returns for rough handling are not accepted.
- We are not responsible for orders that are incorrectly addressed, lost or stolen orders. Since this label purchased through eBay, the provided address and tracking number is automatically uploaded to your order. You have the option to select "signature required for delivery" with your postage fee and is recommended.
- Buyer MUST contact us before starting a return. Buyer must upload photos of the condition in a private message prior to requesting a return. Return requests without photo evidence will not be accepted.
1. Within 30 days: Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described in the listing.
2. Only the purchase price is refundable, shipping charges are not refundable. If we offer free shipping, our outbound (seller to buyer) shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
3. Returned items must be in the original packaging that they were shipped in. When a buyer decides to return the item due to: wrong size, model or color ordered, changes mind, claims the item is "defective" when in fact it is found not to be defective a 20% restocking fee will be assessed at the seller's discretion (Seller will deduct inbound shipping costs from the refund). For free-shipping items, Seller will deduct the outbound (seller to buyer) shipping cost from the refund.
4. Most products have multiple pieces and if returning, all pieces must be returned for credit. Some of our offerings are multi-packs and all packs must be returned complete for credit. Shorted returns will not be refunded.
5. When a buyer returns an item, which is found not to be the same item or in the same condition as purchased, no refund will be given.
6. After 30 days: NO return, no refund, no exchange.
7. Buyer/return Mis-addressed return labels are not our responsibility. Make sure to upload full tracking number and a photo of the label to your return request before returning it to us.
