Russian, of Soviet Era craftsmanship, heavy 24K gilt Silver 84 & enamel For Milk Creamer decorated with applied enamel of floral & scroll-work motifs, with forest leaf color ground, light blue & yellow colors, with hook like form handle. The Floral Bowl is in very good used condition, raised round gilt base show.
