These Hobby Quilt templates are laser-cut from 5mm acrylic and laser-engraved (etched) on the back side to reduce parallax errors and for long-lasting accuracy when quilting. 

For home sewing machines, please use 1/4" ruler foot to achieve a perfect shape desired.  You may order these special ruler feet in this store.

Remarks:  Picture shown is with "red" marking lines.  However, the product is engraved/etched by laser without color.  So we recommend you to use water-based marking pen preferably in "red" or "pink" color to color the etched markings or lines for better visibility.
