UK Customers

If your order is too large to fit through your letterbox, and there is no-one at home to receive the parcel, you may be asked to collect it from your nearest collection point. All items purchased from the official Quadzilla store will be fulfilled and dispatched same day if ordered before 12PM if the item is in stock in the UK; you should expect delivery next day. However please allow 4-5 days for the postal system to deliver. Your items will be shipped as soon as payment has been received, payment is accepted via PayPal only. Depending on your order's value and weight, we will utilise a suitable delivery service to bring your Quadzilla items to you.

Customers Outside the UK

All items purchased from the official Quadzilla store are dedicated items for the UK Market ? if you have a non UK specification model and are purchasing an item that may be subject to local variance?s please contact us with your VIN number and picture to gain clarification on fitment for your region, purchased items that are for UK fit only and need to be returned are returned at the Buyers cost. Quadzilla will aim to dispatch all orders the same working day of cleared funds if purchased before 12PM, payment accepted via PayPal only, if the item is in stock in the UK, Deliveries outside Europe will be dispatched via the most appropriate route specific to your product and region therefore delivery confirmation and tracking numbers will be advised once your order has been placed and dispatched. Typical deliveries to Europe are 4-14 days and outside Europe are 4-21 days.

Postage is calculated at time of purchase in accordance with eBay and is weight and region specific, Postage is combined for multiple purchases when added to your basket prior to checkout.
