  • Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Our kits are custom made, so we don’t make it until you order it! Our grilles take 10-14 business days to finish as they are cut, cleaned, powder coated, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information within that time frame, please reach out to us for an update. The standard shipping service takes 1-7 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on where you are located. Thank you for your patience!

  • Will this fit my vehicle?
Our grille kits are only guaranteed to fit the vehicles specified in the listing, and no others.Please double check listing details before ordering.
  • I paid for expedited shipping, why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please note that the expedited shipping upgrade only applies to the shipping service we use to send out your package. Since our kits are all made-to-order, we cannot rush the 10-14 business day handling time.
