The Kitchen Wall Temperance Cook Book is designed to hang on a wall from a hook. The Kitchen Wall Cook Book was suggested by the convenience of a recipe written in pencil on a kitchen wall. It is believed by the author that a collection of good recipes constantly at hand and easy of consultation by means of a ledger index, will be of no small aid to the cook or housekeeper.  Some tape on back of front page. Looks to be missing page 26 which was printed on the back cover.
Contents Include:
Equivalents, Time required to cook vegetables, Times to roast meat,
Recipes include:
Beverages, Pickles etc., Yeast and Breads, Soups, Fish, Sauces, Eggs, Meats, Poultry, Vegetables, and more on 50 pages.
This Cook Book was written by the author in Washington D. C., March 1886. It originally sold for one Dollar. Printed and copyright in 1888 by Woman's Temperance publication Association.
The first mention of the book I could find was at the National Woman's Christian Temperance Union 14th Annual meeting on November 16th - 21st 1887. They talked about releasing the cook book in 1888.
Some pages have tears and have been folded. The leather binding at the top is in good condition. The display case is made of Plexiglas and is hinged at the top and measures 31" x 16" x 2".
I believe this to be very RARE, I have been looking for it for 10 years and have not been able to find much reference of it except what I mentioned above.
