For sale is a new lighted button - doorbell cover. This is a handpainted resin material.  Includes 2 solid brass mounting screws and full instructions.

This doorbell cover is different from the others I have seen for sale because, the mounted screws are positioned so that one is in the location of his eye and one lower at the other end of the body. The others shows the screw location in addition to the eye. 

This door is not compatible with wireless door bells. Can only be used with door bells that have wiring to a main home door chime mechanism.

This doorbell cover comes new in the original box which has not been opened. There are a lot of scratches however to the plastic box from having been with other boxes.

This particular model is ideal because the screw at the top aligns with the eye as other models do not.  The screw hole is below the eye and is not as nice.
