This pre-production piece was obtained from the collection of a former Hasbro designer.

This guy is pretty much fully hand painted with deco,  note the poor paint job where I am pointing the pen on the underside in the last few pics.   Also, has some poorly removed mold fleck on the rear red part of the car.
