Gorgeous 1950s or 1960s evening dress in a beautifully elegant black on blue background vintage floral print.
The short frilled sleeves have black velvet trim at the gather (see photos 7 & 8).
The entire dress (with the exception of the sleeves) is lined and the skirt of the dress has additional netting for fullness.
Zip at the back.
Actual measurements
Chest measurement: about 38-40 inches (maximum).
The lining has a maximum waist measurement of 27 inches.
The lining spreads to approximately 42 inches in the hip area and then flares out lower down.
Shoulder to hem: approx. 43 inches
Due to the size of the waist the dress would probably best fit a size 8 or 10. PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS VERY CAREFULLY.
The garment is hand made and has no care label.
Washing instructions: Machine washable on cool delicates wash
Hang out to dry (no tumble dry)
