Please note: if the courier is unable to acquire a signature on delivery attempt, a calling/collection card will be left. If rearrangement to the courier by yourselves is not made the parcel will be returned to me. Re-delivery at this point will incur extra postage to be paid by you before re-delivery is made.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please inform us in writing and return the UNUSED and UNSOILED goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. (Delivery charges will not be refunded and exchanges will incur additional delivery charges). Please note that any goods returned must be in a completely unused condition. You, as the buyer, are responsible for returning the goods to us, including any costs incurred. Proof of postage does not equate to proof of delivery. All returns must be sent using a, 'signed-for' service.
