Delivery

We do NOT have our own national distribution network, we do not have a man in a car who will personally deliver your item across the UK just so we make our 50p in profit at a time that suits you. If your the sort of person who gets angry at delivery drivers running late, like to send insulting or ridiculous messages, expects us to have contact with all couriers at all times please buy off someone else…anyone else except us. We use Evri/Hermes, we dispatch goods next working day….we do NOT work Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays, we have a family and we like to see them. If your order arrives late in the day we will not be staying up all night to deal with it. We work normal work hours.  If we get an order late Friday it will be processed on Monday (unless its bank holiday). If we get an order early on Monday it will be processed on Monday. Evri/Hermes can be very good, but they can be busy (royal mail strikes, Christmas, easter holidays they are human beings not robots) they can go horribly wrong. We will chase them but we have to work with their systems and sometimes that takes a while. We work very hard to do our best and we are NOT interested in customers asking for the ridiculous and nagging because a courier is running late, the dates quoted are estimated dates according to Ebay history and magic, they are not guaranteed fixed in concrete dates. These are cleaning items not vital bits of life saving medical equipment. If you have a little bit of respect and are a genuine nice person, please feel free to order, we will do our best for you and I hope you like the item you have purchased. By working together we get to keep prices low and that helps the majority of people.
