  • We ship WORLDWIDE from Ukraine by International Economy Post. Usually it takes about 7-15 days to European countries, 8-18 days to USA, Canada, etc.
  • We can also make shipment by Post Courriers: delivery time 3-5 days or 7-10 days worldwide. But shiping cost much more expensive. If you need FAST DELIVERY, contact us before order!
  • We do always put invoice in parcel. If you do not need invoice to be added to your order, please let us know just after the payment is made!

  • All parcels are with TRACKING NUMBER, so you will be able to track your parcel all the time during delivery.


RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • Please examine the package attentively during receipt. There should not be any damages on packing.

  • If you received a damaged parcel, you should contact your Post Administration and fill in the inspection report!!!
  • 30-day Warranty with Exchange for defective, incorrect or parts-missing items. Please notify us and after our answer just return the item with all parts and accessories packed and marked "FOR EXCHANGE" within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers.
  • If your package is lost, please e-mail us, so we can help you with searching.

  • Contact us if you have not received the parcel during 30 days after shipping date!
