What does a Dynamic Timing Advance Spacer kit do?

Using this spacer kit boosts the range of the standard dynamic timing advance within the VE pump.
Dynamic timing progress is the mechanism used to speed up the start of the injection when the speed increases, thus gaining more time for proper combustion.
The extra dynamic timing advance from this spacer kit will improve burn fuel cleanly at higher RPM while keeping your static timing to standard spec, maintaining low RPM performance.
 

Why BOOST PIN?

LDA – this is a mechanism in the TD injection pump, which allows to reduce the fuel dose at low rotations and with the lack or low boost pressure. On the other hand, when the pressure grows, it allows to automatically supply a greater dose of fuel.
On the animation above, we see the bolt, the so-called PIN reader, which when pressing the gas pedal, moves to the right, causing the increase of fuel dose. However, it is clear that the movement of this bolt is limited by the PIN – that is the essence of the LDA operation. The more the PIN reader is able to slide – the more fuel will be supplied.
The animation shows that the membrane PIN is not symmetrical; on the one side the cutout is greater compared to the other. With this solution, we can adjust the fuel dose at the time of the occurrence of the charge pressure. By increasing the PIN cutout from the side of the reader, we increase the fuel dose, and while turning the PIN with a smaller cutout towards the reader, we cause the reader to slip outwards and thus we reduce the fuel dose.
