Truma Ultraflow Water Surge Damper / Pressure Stabiliser

Often purchased in conjunction with our Truma pressure switch TPS1 -

- to replace the earlier type combined unit fitted to Coachman caravans

With a single 12mm push fit Connection

Tees off the water system near to the pump inlet

"should be connected via a tee into the outlet pipework of a pump -

- and must be mounted vertically"

This fitting acts to reduce the "hammer" effect -

- sometimes experienced with caravan and motorhome water systems

"Helps to provide a smooth water flow within recreational vehicles and craft -

- by reducing pulsation and system noise"

Also - it can even out changes in shower temperature -

- as the pressure switch cuts in and out

Despite the arrow showing flow direction -

- water does not flow through it !

Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. For most items up to 2kgs we use Royal Mail 24, delivering throughout the whole of the UK. However, for larger and more valuable items we use a 1-2 day courier delivery service.

If you wish to alter the delivery address please contact us quickly. We will do our best to intercept the parcel and change it. Once the parcel has been collected from us we are unable to make any changes.

If you would like to take delivery on a specific day or date (Monday to Friday Courier deliveries only), please send us an Ebay message and we will be happy to arrange this for you. If you haven’t made specific arrangements with us we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your item.

Our standard courier delivery service and charges are for delivery to Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. Delivery to the following may incur an extra delivery charge:

If this is the case we will notify you by telephone or by sending you an Ebay message. You will have the option to pay the extra carriage or receive a full refund.

Many of our parcels are delivered via Interlink. You will be advised by text or email when your parcel is due to be delivered, via their ‘Predict Service’ and will have the opportunity to:

Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
Upgrade delivery to before 12

International Delivery

We are happy to post most of our items out internationally. Send us an Ebay message with your requirements and we will advise you if what you want can be sent to you, at what cost and by what method.

Receiving your Parcel

All our items are sent by 1st class post or tracked courier and you should receive your parcel by the due date. Sometimes Royal Mail take longer than they should to deliver and this is a bit out of our control.

If you have not received your delivery within a reasonable time frame please advise us by Ebay message. If your parcel has gone astray in the post we will happily refund or send a replacement after 7-10 days. This allows time for it to turn up. We would also request that you contact your local sorting office to see if it is there waiting for you. Sometimes parcels are returned to them without the Postman leaving you a card through the letterbox.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item you receive from us we offer a no quibble return & refund policy. Please click on Ebay's 'Return Item' link for the item you wish to return. The Ebay Managed Returns Process will guide you through this procedure. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or faulty we will take responsibility for any delivery or return costs incurred. Our couriers require that we advise them within 24 hours of delivery of any transit damage, so please don’t delay.

If you simply change your mind and decide you would like to cancel your order and return an item we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of returning the item. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 working days of receipt. This notification period is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please ensure that you put a note in the parcel giving your name, address, e-bay ID, order number and a contact telephone number.

Once an item has been returned to us and we have checked it we will issue a refund. The refund will be made by the same method that your initial payment was made. We aim to issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned order. If you paid by card over the telephone be sure to include your contact number and the best time to get hold of you so that we can ring to arrange the refund.

Items should be returned to us, where possible, in their original packaging and, where applicable, in a fully re-saleable condition. The item should be returned within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please package the items securely to avoid damage in transit.
