The vinyl used is plasticized polymer, so you can polish your vehicle without worry, no fear of the colors fading. No fear, even the vehicle exposed to the sun. FYI, most people use monomer because it is much cheaper, but has very low resistance.
The monomer is guaranteed 3 years, the polymer 15 years.
