PayPal is the fastest and most secure payment method to pay for your order. The option to pay via debit/credit card is also available on checkout.

Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item dispatched out to you on the very same day as long as it’s before 1pm.

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number if applicable.

If the payment isn't going through, just contact us so we can assist you accordingly.

Everything we sell is stored in our London, UK warehouse and we’re delighted to offer same day dispatch if your order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. If you've missed the deadline, just quickly call us.

If you are based in mainland UK we will deliver your order to you using Royal Mail or with a courier, depending on weight and size of your order. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us via eBay.

We upload tracking numbers from all our parcels we post out on the same day we dispatch them, so should you need to check the status of the delivery, you can do so by checking this in your 'Purchase History'.

Delivery Times

Express 'Other 24 Hour Courier' takes 1 working day, so you'll receive the parcel the next day if you place the order by 1:00pm.

Standard 'Other 48h courier' service takes 2-3 working days, but normally delivered within 2 days after dispatch.

Standard 'Royal Mail 24' is usually delivered within 1 working day, if their service is operating on time.

Economy 'Royal Mail 48', is usually delivered within 2 working days, if their service is operating on time.

Non-Mainland UK addresses, require extra postage on items that can only be sent with a Courier, so no extra charge applies to Royal Mail items.

Please note, we are not held responsible for any lost items that have been dispatched with a non-tracked service, (including items lost Outside the UK). Many items can get lost with Royal Mail so please bare this in mind before using their service. We encourage all buyers to select a tracked service with the courier option on checkout as we find these to be the most reliable methods. We post parcels on working/business days only, so take this into account on days like bank holiday. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the full address and postcode is given accurately when placing order, as mistakes may result in additional costs.

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the item, for whatever reason, so all you have to do is send us a quick message on eBay or by email and let us know so we can arrange that with you. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation may not get processed so please let us know prior to return. As per eBay policy, all returned items must in the same 'brand new' condition (both internal and external, with all original packaging and instruction booklets) as originally supplied by us.

Unlike other sellers, we do not have any handling fees so if you do return an item, you’ll be refunded in full. Once the return has been approved, you will have 7 days to send the item back to us. Any items that are returned used, not in the original packaging and unsuitable for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange, as per eBay rules and regulations, but we'll try and work with you to find a solution. Once the returned item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used.

If in the rare case an item is faulty, damaged or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or opening a case, as in most situations, we will reply your message within 24 hours. Sometimes we need to understand in detail what the problem is in order to prevent the same problem occurring again.
