Deadstock or NOS- Vintage garment possibly in original packaging, never used. These items may have fading, staining or other issues from years of storage, visible flaws will be noted.
Mint- Pristine as the day it was made, shows no signs of wear.
Near Mint- Item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
Excellent- Item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.
Very Good- Item is wearable, but has some surface flaws such as fading or staining.
Good- Item is wearable, but cannot be returned to excellent condition even with repairs.
Fair- Item is barely wearable, could be used for a costume or as a project piece.
Poor- Item is not wearable and could only be used for repurposing or a pattern.

Payment
Please review all of our policies, view all photos, read all written descriptions and ask any questions prior to purchase. When you complete a purchase with The Townships Outlet you are agreeing that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
We accept payments by Paypal only. We only ship to the address that is listed through Paypal/Ebay. Please verify your correct address with Paypal before purchasing.
Shipping
Special request? Please, contact us prior to purchase! We are happy to work with your needs, but we are unable to alter any shipping options after a purchase has been made.
We Combine Shipping! Purchases of more than one item may be combined if purchased at the same time. Cost is based on total weight and size. Ebay requires shipping charges to be paid up front. We refund any shipping overage, within 48hrs of shipment, on orders of more than one item. This does not apply to fragile items that may have to be packed separately.
Items will be shipped to the address on file with eBay & Paypal. Shipping address cannot be altered after purchase has been paid for.
We may add signature confirmation or insurance to any purchase depending on item value.
If an item is returned to us by the post office for any reason, other than our mistake, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping charges to resend the order. We will contact the buyer when we receive the item, if the return shipping payment is not received within 7 days of contact both the item and purchase price are forfeit.
Parcels are dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing through Paypal. Rare exceptions may apply in the event of a postal strike or other extenuating circumstances.
We ship most items over 20$ in value tracked unless otherwise specified in shipping options.
We package items as economically as possible to save you money, but we also ensure your item is well protected from damage.
International Customers
IMPORTANT- Customs, import duties, taxes, VAT, etc. are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what, if any, these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Returns
Prior to purchase please be sure to examine all photos and read the full description where any flaws or issues will be shown or listed. Please verify your measurements against the custom measurements listed in the description to be sure of fit before ordering. If you have any questions about measurements, fit, condition, etc, please contact us prior to ordering
We accept returns on most items. Non-returnable items will be noted as such. We do not accept returns from outside of the Continental USA & Canada.
Notification of return must be given within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refund will be given for merchandise only (this does not include original shipping). Refunds will not be given for shipping or return shipping, buyer pays for return shipping.
Returns must be shipped back in the same condition as they were received. Any/all accessories, and packaging must be included and any hang tags must be attached.
Goods being returned from outside of Canada should be labelled as a "return". We will not be responsible for any duty or handling charge from a third party. When parcels which are sent overseas and remain unclaimed, we have to pay a charge to have the parcel sent back to us. In this case the charge will be deducted from any refund. Item must be returned to us first before any refund is issued.
