Delphi Core Requirements

  • Units must be properly indentified with their part number
  • All acceptable cores must be intact and not damaged
  • Fire damaged injectors will not be accepted
  • Unacceptable cores will be scrapped immediately
  • Cores must be returned within 2 months from the date of purchase

The core return policy for the Delphi Exchange Electronic Unit Injector program is as follow:

All Volvo and John Deere Electronic Unit Injector (EUI) cores returned must be exact replacement for unit ordered. Cores will not be accepted if they do not match replacement unit.

Cores will be accepted for any of the Exchange Injectors within the specfic group classification. Example; if you purchased EX634795 you can return any of the part numbers listed in group 1 ONLY.
