This is such a beautiful pattern by American Atelier at Home. This set of fine porcelain 4 salad plates are part of the Windsor Platinum pattern manufactured from 2000-2002. They measure 8 1/8" and have a platinum encrusted band. They are in mintish condition and should be handwashed.
