We aim to get your order to you as FAST AS POSSIBLE!
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and most are sent out on the very same day of receiving your cleared payment. If paying by cheque or e-cheque we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared.
We offer various shipping options:
Royal Mail First Class - Delivered 1-3 working days target by Royal Mail from dispatch
Royal Mail First Class Recorded - Delivered 1-3 working days target by Royal Mail from dispatch, signature required on delivery
Royal Mail Second Class - Delivered 3-5 working days target by Royal Mail from dispatch
Courier Service - Various lead times depending on product ordered (Monday - Friday deliveries only)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm) - Delivered next working day by 1pm (Monday - Friday), signature required on delivery.
Please order by 1pm for same day dispatch, orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
For rush orders please contact us for an accurate dispatch date.
Store Policies & Returns
Our aim is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage & packing charges) upon receipt of the returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.
If the product is not in a resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct from the original purchase price paid. We will refund your original postage and packing charge when a product is faulty or damaged and a replacement is not available.
Contact us through eBay messaging and we will try to reply within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). eBay cases can take up to 30 days, so come to us first it is much faster.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us prior to returning your item. This can be obtained by contacting us through eBay messages. Return postal/carriage charges will be paid by you as the buyer.

J & C Creations started in 2004 by mother and daughter Denise and Jenny Packham making handmade greetings cards to raise funds for an expedition trip Jenny was embarking on to Mongolia. From there we began exhibiting at local school fêtes and garden shows where our range of products grew to include gifts. As we started attending more shows we increased our product range to include card making supplies, J & C Creations was born. In 2005 we took the plunge and exhibited at our first large hobby craft show at Brighton. What a big learning curve that was!!! J & C Creations began to grow whilst still trying to juggle a full time job and full time education between us.
As J & C Creations grew so did our staff as we were joined by Julie Tidey who you saw on the stand at some of the shows. Julie was one of our main card designers, designing new card samples as our endless stream of new products arrived at our warehouse. She also designed all those exciting card projects for our stamp club and craft club members. I am sure she will admit this was an endless task.
During 2010 we started our ebay shop ‘The Craft Cupboard’ which has consistently grown over the years, we saw another new addition to our design team, Lisa Baker. Lisa designed some fantastic projects and ideas for us as well as running workshops and demonstrating at a number of shows throughout the year. Lisa brought you the latest crafting tips and techniques to help develop your crafting projects.
Summer 2011 was the year we took the plunge and relocated to larger business premises. Then as we speed through 2013 there were a lot of changes at our warehouse as we were joined by Sue who has come in as warehouse manager. Sue was in charge of keeping the day to day tasks running smoothly along with processing and dispatching orders. We also had a brand new workshop room built and started a programme of craft workshops. Along side this we also had 2 crafting social groups running every week,
2016 saw the end of the lease on our unit so what with increased rental prices and a lack of new accommodation we took the option to go internet based only with the website for ‘J & C Creations’, the parent company and the ebay shop of ‘The Craft Cupboard’.
It was at this time that Jennifer also left having achieved her ambition a few years previously of becoming a Commercial Airline Pilot for EasyJet, she was now married with a baby (Annabelle) on the way, so for a year I was on my own.
Now in 2017 we are expanding again having been joined with new partner Stephen Gash as well as continuing to expand the other 2 sites we are starting ‘The Modellers Toolbox’ a site where, perhaps for the man in your life, he can find all those tools that he (or she) needs for modelling, be it Model Railways or building remote control vehicles, or any other hobby that requires those small tools required for any fiddley jobs.
