Please note - eBay estimate how long 2nd class free delivery takes.  We dispatch every working day before 1pm.  Your pack can sometimes take between 5-10 working days to reach you, this is Royal Mail not us.  

Please allow plenty of time for your pack to arrive, otherwise please upgrade your postage to 1st class

Returns:  If we get a pack returned as 'buyer not collected', we make a £2.50 charge to resend the pack to you.  This is due to us having to pay again to send the 

pack out and was not our error in the first place.  We also make this charge for wrong addresses if the pack has gone out incorrectly - and is returned.  Please 

make sure the right address is in your order and please contact your local sorting office before contacting us to see if they have your pack.  This is often the case. :-)
