• Item Specifics: The buyer is purchasing the 3D printed item as shown in the picture. Any manufactured toy used to display or show the fit of the 3D printed item is not included in the listing.
• Refund Policy: Any attempt to facilitate a refund stating "item not as pictured" will be disputed on the grounds that you are purchasing the 3D printed items named in the listing, only the 3D printed item named in the listing, and that you have viewed the video and read the captions on each picture confirming this. Review images and read listings - your inability to do either is of your choosing and not a credible reason for a refund. 
• Color Options: Additional color options are available for most items, but must be discussed prior to purchasing.

"Has my item shipped yet?"

• Shipping is listed as 15 business days. This gives me my freedom to work the hours I can as all items are made to order. You will get a tracking number once your item is in the box and ready to leave the shop.

• Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all Federal holidays. I will not be making items outside of these days nor replying to messages.

• As of late, my local USPS is not scanning all outgoing mail. Tracking is typically being updated when it reaches a branch closer to the final destination. Ebay has an estimated delivery date setup for you. If the order does not show up by that time, let me know and we will go from there.

• Rest assured, all shipments are insured, an because your item is made specifically for your order, making replacements on verifiable lost parcels is easy.
