If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions or contact our customer care team as soon as possible so they can advise you further. In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the date of despatch to report this to us for the return or refund - please attach an image showing the damage together with your message.
